We had a fantastic stay at Gerand Villa in Database. the place was very well equipped, with excellent WiFi that was easy to connect to. It was a bonus that we could park right next to the kitchen entrance without any issues, making loading and unloading a breeze. the peacefulness of the area ensured a great night's sleep. the decor had a modern yet charming country look, which added to the overall spectacular feel of the place. We loved how it felt like a home-away-from-home, with central heating, underfloor heating in the bathroom, and plenty of pamphlets and maps of the area. the availability of a washing machine, drying rack, and tea towels made our stay even more convenient. Plus, the proximity to amenities, although you do need a car, was a bonus.

We had an incredible stay at this cozy hotel in Windermere. The value for money was excellent, as we had all the amenities we needed and felt right at home. The location was peaceful, with easy access to nearby attractions and a bonus of parking and Wi-Fi. The staff were friendly and made our stay even more enjoyable.
Menu for breakfast could have offered a wider variety of options.

the villa had excellent WiFi, which was easy to connect to. It offered a peaceful environment with central heating and even underfloor heating in the bathroom. the villa was furnished like a home-away-from-home, complete with a washing machine, pegs, and a drying rack. There was also a drying rack for dishes and plenty of tea towels. Parking was convenient, and having WiFi was a definite bonus. the location was great, close to amenities, although a car is necessary.

Had a delightful stay at Gerand. So many amenities and great Wi-Fi. Felt like a fancy home. Loved the underfloor heating and the drying racks. Parking and Wi-Fi were a pleasant surprise.
Took me ages to walk to the shops without a car. A lovely opportunity to enjoy the scenic route.

The location was also convenient, with amenities nearby, although a car is recommended to fully explore the area.
The road to and from the villa could be a bit challenging, as it felt like running the gauntlet at times. Meeting larger vehicles on the narrow lane was a bit nerve-wracking.
